Johnny “Red” Lamar Hunt
Johnny “Red” Lamar Hunt, age 68, of Oak Ridge, passed away Tuesday, June 19, at his home after a brief illness.
He was born July 27, 1943, in Cleveland, Tenn., the son of James Lamar Hunt and Wynette Barnes Hunt. He and his family moved to Oak Ridge in 1944, where he spent most of his childhood. He moved back to the area in 1980.

He was born January 20, 1925, in the Cartecay community of Ellijay in Gilmer County, Ga., the son of William B. and Mary L. Anderson Garrett.

She was born March 1, 1925 in Ararat, Va., the daughter of John Henry and Ada Chilton King.
