Carol Ann Luethke

Carol Ann Luethke, age 40, of Oak Ridge, died suddenly Monday, June 18, 2012, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville.

She was born January 13, 1972, in Oak Ridge.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Edith L. Stockton, and her uncle, Robert I. Taylor.

Ms. Luethke is survived by her father, Scotty Stockton of Oak Ridge; daughters, Tara and Becky Luethke of Oak Ridge; and sister, Diane Ruddy and husband Jeremy and their son, Mason Williams, all of Madison, Wisconsin.

She is also survived by an extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins, and her special friend, Jay Hackney of Knoxville.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 21, 2012, from 12 to 2 p.m. at Weatherford Mortuary. The funeral will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jason Brackin officiating. The burial will follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
