Oak Ridge City Manager Mark S. Watson will speak to the Kiwanis Club on Tuesday.

The meeting starts at noon, and the program begins at 12:10 p.m. at the Super China Buffet, a press release said. Topics that could be discussed include city functions, the city staff, the city manager’s office and its activities, and local areas of interest and concern.

The release said Kiwanis members, friends, and the public are invited. An optional lunch buffet will be available at 11:40 a.m. to people who go to the Super China meeting room and then to the buffet area to get their food.

The Super China Buffet is located at 330 South Illinois Ave. in Oak Ridge.
