To the Editor:
I hereby provide my unsolicited endorsement for Chuck Hope as he runs for a full term on City Council.
Why?
- I admire Chuck’s volunteerism on behalf of the city despite the unrelenting rigors running a small business. I am impressed how he keeps it all together.
- He has the right attitude about the important role of the citizen boards in the governance of Our Fair City, having validated them as the city’s “eyes and ears.”
I don’t know what his party affiliation is, if any, and I don’t particularly care. These two qualities listed above are enough for me.
