Letter: Endorses Hope for volunteerism, board support

To the Editor:

I hereby provide my unsolicited endorsement for Chuck Hope as he runs for a full term on City Council.

Why?

  1. I admire Chuck’s volunteerism on behalf of the city despite the unrelenting rigors running a small business. I am impressed how he keeps it all together.
  2. He has the right attitude about the important role of the citizen boards in the governance of Our Fair City, having validated them as the city’s “eyes and ears.”

I don’t know what his party affiliation is, if any, and I don’t particularly care. These two qualities listed above are enough for me.
