On July 25, he went home peacefully to be with the Lord after 93 blessed years of life.

Steven Edward Taylor, age 65, of Knoxville, died Sunday, July 22 at the Methodist Medical Center as a result of malignant melanoma.
He was born December 15, 1946, in Gastonia, N.C., the son of Elmo P. and Lena Jenkins Taylor.
Mr. Taylor graduated in 1965 from Oak Ridge High School and the University of Tennessee.

Tara was born on Jan. 31, 1975, in Oak Ridge. She graduated from Oak Ridge High School in 1993 and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Bobby Jerald Price, age 65, a resident of Oliver Springs, passed away Friday, July 20, at Methodist Medical Center.
Mr. Price was born Sept. 21, 1946, in White County, Ark. He has lived in Oliver Springs for the past 6 years. Before moving to Tennessee, he lived in Arkansas and California.

Clinton Samuel Walker, 93, of Oak Ridge passed away Friday, July 13, at Methodist Medical Center after suffering a heart attack.
Clint was preceded in death by his “sweet, little bride,” Eva, in October of 2009 after 69 years of marriage; parents, Charles and Ella Walker; and brothers, Dubois Walker and Lowery Walker, and sisters, Bess Booth and Eunice Perryman, all of Texas.
John “Johnny” Thomas Baxendale, age 56, of Clinton passed away Monday, July 16, at Methodist Medical Center.
Johnny was born March 25, 1956, in Rockwood to the late Al and Ruth Vincent Baxendale.
