The largest percentage of COVID-19 cases in Anderson County is among patients who are 21-30, according to data from the Tennessee Department of Health.
That age group had 64 total cases on Thursday, or about 17 percent of the county’s 374 cases.
That matches the statewide numbers, where patients who are 21-30 years old have consistently accounted for the largest percentage of cases.
The next largest percentage of cases in Anderson County is among patients who are 41-50 years old. They had 56 total cases on Thursday, or about 15 percent of the total.
That was followed by patients who are 51-60 years old. They had 52 total cases on Thursday, or about 14 percent.
