Frank, Gooch talk to Anderson County Tea Party on Tuesday

The next monthly meeting of the Anderson County Tea Party will feature Anderson County Mayor Terry Frank and Oak Ridge Mayor Warren Gooch.

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, at Clinton Church of God.

Frank and Gooch will discuss their goals for 2015 and the difficulties they see in reaching them, a press release said.

Other agenda items will include strategies at defeating Common Core in Tennessee as well as a book raffle by Michael Mannske, local author of “Foreign and Domestic: Campaign II—Battle for the Middle States,” the press release said.

Clinton Church of God is located at 635 Hillcrest Street in Clinton. This meeting is open to the public and will last until approximately 8:15 p.m.
