Clinton has antique, emergency preparedness fairs this weekend

It will be a busy weekend in Clinton.

Today and Saturday, the 9th annual Clinch River Spring Antique Fair will take over historic downtown Clinton. The Fair kicks off with a party from 6 to 9 p.m. tonight featuring food and live music by West Wind, plus many of the shops will stay open late. [Read more...]

Emergency Preparedness Fair in Clinton on Saturday

There is a free Anderson County Emergency Preparedness Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Clinton Community Center.

The fair brings together government and civic organizations, emergency management staff, and volunteers from Anderson County to give people, businesses, and communities an opportunity to better prepare for disaster.

There will be booths and classes that discuss disaster management, emergency communication plans, and food and water storage.
