Oak Ridge Schools and Aramark are offering free meals to students this week.

The meals are for Oak Ridge children under 18, a press release said. They will be “to go.”

Meals will be distributed at Glenwood Elementary School, Oak Ridge High School, Oak Ridge Preschool, and Robertsville Middle School. All pickup locations are at drop-off circles. Breakfast is from 8 to 9:30 a.m., and lunch is from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Glenwood Elementary School is at 125 Audubon Road.

Robertsville Middle School is at 245 Robertsville Road.

Oak Ridge High School is at 1450 Oak Ridge Turnpike.

Oak Ridge Preschool is at 157 Carver Avenue.

The free meals are part of an effort to ensure that all children 18 and younger continue to have access to receive healthy and nutritious breakfast and lunch meals, the press release said.

All children must be present in order to receive meals. You should drive up or walk up to the designated distribution area, the press release said. A table and signs will be present in the distribution area.

Meals may be picked up from any of the listed distribution sites regardless of whether the child attends that particular school, or any of the Oak Ridge Schools, the press release said. No identification, names, or applications are required.
