Taoist Tai Chi Exercise for LifeThe Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA has open houses in Oak Ridge on Saturday, January 3, and Monday, January 5.

Tai chi can be used to improve health and reduce stress. New beginner classes are starting soon.

Saturday’s workshop is free and open to the public. It’s scheduled from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at 362 East Tennessee Avenue in Oak Ridge. You can watch demonstrations and learn the first few moves.

“Come learn about tai chi classes in Oak Ridge at our free open house!” the organization said on its website. “A number of new beginner tai chi classes start in early January.”
