Small business center has free seminars Tuesday, Thursday

The Tennessee Small Business Development Center has four small business seminars in Oak Ridge on Tuesday and Friday.

A Tuesday morning seminar from 9 a.m. to noon will focus on “how to do business with the government.”

A Tuesday afternoon seminar from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. will focus on the Small Business Administration’s 8a business development program.

The third seminar at lunchtime Friday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., is a small business start-up seminar.

The last from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday will focus on getting your business funded.

Registration is required to attend these sessions, which are held at the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce, 1400 Oak Ridge Turnpike.
