Sound Company Children’s Choir will have two choral performances this weekend with StimmWerkBande, which is a performing children’s choir from Tamins, Switzerland. Sound Company also sang with this group in December 2010 in Switzerland.

The two choirs will perform at the Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge, TN, on Saturday, April 14th to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the night the Titantic sank. Call 1-800-381-7670 for reservations and other information.

On Sunday, both choirs will present local and international music, as well as original compositions written by Terry Silver-Alford, at The Grove Theater at High Places Church in Oak Ridge. This 3:00 p.m. concert is free to the public, but donations will be accepted at the door.

Sound Company is a multi-age performing choir based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and it is directed by Katy Wolfe Zahn, Terry Silver–Alford, Keith Wheeler, and Kathy Gillenwaters.
