Michael Andrew “Andy” Tinker, 38, of Oak Ridge, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Andy was a member of Middle Creek Baptist Church and was employed by Melhorn Trucking Co.

He was a well-traveled child attending school in Germany, Kentucky, Kansas, and Tennessee while his father served in the military.
