OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — ORAU unveiled Emergency Manager 360 (EM360), a cutting-edge technology platform designed to revolutionize the management of emergency preparedness programs at any organization in any industry. EM360 provides organizations with a comprehensive suite of online tools to plan, evaluate, track and improve emergency readiness efforts, ensuring continuous program improvement.

With EM360, organizations can build exercises, document real-world incidents, evaluate performance and track corrective actions—all in one integrated online system. The platform’s application offers a step-by-step approach to planning and managing emergency preparedness exercises, providing auto-generated documentation, such as After-Action Reports (AARs) and Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) materials.

“EM360 redefines readiness for any organization in any industry by offering advanced features like detailed dashboards, tailored reports and customized improvement plans,” said ORAU Emergency Management Project Manager Mary Connelly. “These tools empower organizations to evaluate performance effectively, track preparedness across facilities and ensure alignment with accreditation or regulatory requirements.”

Designed for collaboration, EM360 enables emergency managers to share best practices, exercise templates and lessons learned across facilities or locations. The platform also accommodates multi-level organizational hierarchies, allowing users to coordinate efforts and generate targeted leadership insights.

EM360 offers system training and ongoing support to ensure seamless implementation. Whether tracking facilities’ readiness or generating detailed reports for leadership, EM360 provides the tools necessary for effective emergency management planning and execution.
