Caitlyn Aileen Jordan, age 21, of Oak Ridge, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, in her mother’s arms. Caitlyn was born in Knoxville on Sept. 25, 1992. Caitlyn entered this world a fighter, much like how she left it.

Caitlyn attended Oak Ridge High School and was very involved with Special Olympics. She enjoyed time with her family, swimming, bowling, attending Camp Koinonia, and listening to her favorite singer, Reba McEntire. In 2006, Make-A-Wish Foundation sent Caitlyn, her brother, and her parents to Disney World, where Caitlyn enjoyed meeting Minnie Mouse and riding the rollercoasters.
