The 2018-2019 Oak Ridge Lady Wildcats have been invited to the prestigious 22nd Annual Nike Tournament of Champions, and they will have a benefit auction tonight (Friday, August 10) to help travel to the tournament in Phoenix in December.
The benefit action is scheduled from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, August 10, on cable Channel 12, BBB Communications. You can help by donating items.
Organizers said the Nike Tournament of Champions has produced the consensus national champion 17 times in the last 20 years and a total of 233 state championship teams. At the tournament, the Lady Wildcats will be facing teams who are ranked in the preseason top 25 in the nation.
