Sharon Paulette Anderson Fox, age 58, of Clinton, formerly of Oak Ridge, passed away Friday, August 8, 2014 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville.
Sharon was born March 2, 1956, in Chicago Heights, Illinois, to the late Donald and Elsie Pauline Adcox Anderson. Sharon was of the Baptist faith and had lived in Oak Ridge for the past 28 years. She had been employed as a baker with Fresh Market.
Sharon was welcomed to heaven by her parents Don and Pauline Anderson; brothers, Richard Lee, and Dwayne R.; nephew Todd; and father-in-law Bud Fox.
She is survived by her husband Ron Fox; daughter Melissa Grizzele and her husband Jon; son Josh Boley; four grandchildren, Samantha Boley, Hunter, Shelly, and Madison McAuley; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Darleen Anderson, and Mike and Tina Anderson; brothers-in-law Eddie, Wayne, and Tommy Fox; sisters-in-law Faye Fox and Judy Ogle; and several nieces and nephews.
The family received friends Monday, August 11, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., with a funeral service following with Pastor Johnny Price officiating at Olivet Baptist Church at 4701 Pleasant Ridge Road in Knoxville. A graveside service was held Tuesday, August 12, at 12:30 p.m. at Eastview Memorial Gardens at 1320 Andrew Johnson Highway in Strawberry Plains.
