Area K-12 students will share their talent in music, dance, drama, storytelling, and art during the first Multicounty Talent Show at the Princess Theatre in downtown Harriman in May.
The show, presented by the Princess Theatre Foundation, will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 2. Tickets are $5 for adults and will be available at the door. Students will be admitted free.
Dove and Grammy-nominated songwriter John Condrone will perform before the show and serve as emcee. Local radio station WECO 101.3 FM will have a live remote before the show, and sidewalk art by local students will be on display.
Competing students will be divided into three age divisions: K-5, grades 6-8, and grades 9-12. Each division winner will receive a trophy. Second- and third-place winners will receive ribbons.
Students interested in competing may contact the Princess Theatre for entry forms at (865) 882-4633 or by visiting www.princessharriman.org. The deadline to enter is April 25 by 5 p.m.
