Snowball was the featured pay of the day on Thursday at the Oak Ridge Animal Shelter.

“I know I may look tough, but let me tell you that I am just a lonely guy that wants my forever friend. I am ready to blow this joint! I keep running to meet you when you walk by, but you pass me up. How about stopping next time, and let’s chat. Let me change your mind! I am one friendly dude!”
