The host of the Outdoor Channel’s “Fishing University†television show will be on Norris Lake next week filming a show for their 2014 season.
You will have the opportunity to meet the hosts of the show, Charlie Ingram and Ray Brazier and their guests, Chief Executive Dean Smith and Brand Manager Kody Bradbury of Legend Boats, on Thursday, Feb. 27, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Museum of Appalachia. This is a free event for the entire family and will give you the opportunity to ask the pros everything you always wanted to know about bass fishing.
The “Fishing University†television show features the two hosts, Ingram and Brazier, who are teamed up with special guests, fishing against each other in a tournament-like format. While they are battling it out, viewers will be receiving information about tricks of the trade from four people who are some of the best in the industry. The twist in the show is that each team is given identical tackle boxes and they can only use what is in the box.
The 2014 season started in January on Saturdays at 4:30 p.m., Sundays at 8 a.m., and Tuesdays at noon. The show featuring Norris Lake will air six times during the season.
