The Anderson County Chamber of Commerce has scheduled a Wednesday seminar on integrating tablets into businesses.

Led by Tracy Hibben, the seminar is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. at the Chamber office at 245 N. Main St. in Clinton.

A press release said two out of three small business owners plan to use tablets in their business in 2013. The question most have is: how?

The release said Hibben works in AT&T’s Business Integrated Solutions Group and will provide insights into the key differences between tablets, the hurdles to implementing them, and how other companies are using them to gain a competitive advantage and operate more efficiently by taking technology to the next level.

“Tracy will show you how to maximize your investment in this technology to achieve your key goals and initiatives for 2013 and beyond,” the release said.

The press release said those who arrive between 11:30 a.m. and noon can join the “Chamber Chatroom lunch bunch.”

“This is an opportunity to network and establish new relationships,” the release said.

There are a limited number of seats available. Reserve your space by Tuesday, March 5. This event is free to Chamber members and $5 for non-Chamber members. Call the Chamber at (865) 457-2559 for more information or send an e-mail to accc@andersoncountychamber.org.
