An all-day seminar Wednesday will provide tips and techniques to those writing proposals for government contracts.

The seminar runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Foundry, located at 747 World’s Fair Park Drive in Knoxville. The featured speaker is Kirste L. Webb, owner of PQC Solutions.

The seminar will cover everything “from where and how a proposal fits within the selling cycle, and the proposal development process from pre-RFP planning to post proposal activities,” a press release said. “This workshop provides both those who have extensive experience in the profession, as well as those new to proposal development, tips and techniques to develop a high-quality response and to ultimately win the business – and to do so in an efficient manner.”
