Bobby Coward

Bobby Coward age 74, of Clinton, passed away Friday, June 22, at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.

Bobby was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

He enjoyed going to flea markets, buying and trading sheep.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, John and Opal Coward; brother, Edward Coward; and sisters, Ailene Coward, and Hazel Johnson.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Coward of Clinton; daughters, Teresa Worley and Russell of Powell, Anita Oslund and Brian of Sweetwater; and brother, John Earl Coward and Joan of Louisville, Tenn.

He also leaves behind four granddaughters, Alecia Adkins and Andy, Andrea Clark and fiancé K.J. Rogers, Megan Clark, and Madison Oslund; one grandson, Ronan Oslund; one great-granddaughter, Camber Worley; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Bobby’s family will receive his friends on Sunday, June 24, from 6–8 p.m. in the chapel of Jones Mortuary.

His interment will be Monday, June 25, with a graveside service at 2 p.m. at Spring Hill Cemetery, with Rev. Charles Cook officiating.

Jones Mortuary in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.
