Spike is another beautiful pet that is ready to go today. He is a hound mix that is two years old. He is almost perfect but still needs a little patience walking on a leash.

Every volunteer loves him along with the other dogs and cats at the shelter. He has such a sweet and loving disposition combined with a huge personality.

There are wonderful people like Miss Bev and Miss Maggie who just snatched us up lovingly in their arms and whisked us away. I am just the perfect pup! I’m a bull dog/lab mix, picked up as a stray in Anderson County. I’m about three years old, and I needs me a boy that will slip me some table scraps. I’m a bit thin, but you all know how to take care of that, don’t you?
