A Knoxville woman has been charged with especially aggravated robbery for her role in an alleged armed robbery of cash and prescription medications on Jonathan Lane in May that sent two people to the hospital with serious injuries or broken bones that required medical treatment and hospital stays, authorities said.

Larissa Cate Little, 27, of Dude Lane in Knoxville, was arrested Thursday by the Oak Ridge Police Department. She remained jailed in the Anderson County Detention Facility in Clinton early Friday afternoon. Her bond on the especially aggravated robbery charge has been set at $100,000.

An arrest warrant said Little allegedly brought two male defendants who are not identified in the warrant to a Jonathan Lane home with the intent to commit an armed robbery at about 3:15 p.m. May 21. Little knew that the two Jonathan Lane victims, a male and female, would open the door for her because they knew her, said the warrant, filed in Anderson County General Sessions Court in Oak Ridge.

Little got the victims to open the door, then her two male co-defendants entered the home, striking the male victim in the face with what he believed to be a firearm, ORPD Detective William Weaver said.

“The results of these blows to the face from what is believed to be a handgun led to his hospitalization with a broken nose and numerous fractures to the left side of his face,” Weaver said in the warrant.

The second defendant allegedly entered and pointed a “black long handgun” at the female victim and pushed her to the ground, the warrant said. The female victim said she could “see the bullets” in the firearm, Weaver said.

Once she was on the ground, the female victim was allegedly kicked multiple times while she was on the ground, the warrant said.

When Weaver went to speak with the female victim, he said she had a visible shoe or boot print on the side of her face and began to fall asleep.

“She was transported to University of Tennessee Medical Center and remained there for not less than four days after the robbery,” Weaver said. “At no time during the robbery did the defendant (Little) try to help the victims once they were badly injured by the male defendants.”

The victims did not know the two male defendants, according to the warrant.

Weaver said prescription medications worth about $100 were stolen during the alleged robbery, and a wallet worth about $40 with $400 cash inside of it was also stolen.

“Both victims had serious injuries and/or broken bones that required medical treatment and multiple days in the hospital to recover,” Weaver said.

More information will be added as it becomes available.

Another home grown idiot. Slap her hands, put her on probation a few million times, threaten to put her in real jail a few thousand times, the story goes on and on and on.
