Knox sheriff searching for suspect in robbery at Subway on Cedar Bluff

Cedar Bluff Robbery Suspect

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the man who robbed the Subway at 446 North Cedar Bluff Road on Tuesday night.

The incident happened just before 9:45 p.m. when the suspect entered the store armed with a handgun and demanded money from the clerk, the Sheriff’s Office said. He fled on foot southbound through the parking lot of the west Knox County restaurant.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 30-40-years old, 5’11”-6’0”, and 170-180 pounds. He was wearing a blue coat, jeans, and a dark-colored ski mask at the time of the alleged robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to contact KCSO’S Major Crimes Unit at (865) 215-2243.
