Turkey Trot for children at RMS on Wednesday

The 2013 Turkey Trot will be on Wednesday afternoon at the Robertsville Middle School soccer field behind RMS.

It’s open to children from kindergarten to fifth grade.

Here is the race schedule and divisions by grades:

  • K-1—4 p.m. (one-mile race)
  • 2-3—4:20 p.m. (one-mile race)
  • 4-5—4:40 PM (one-mile race)

Awards:

  • The Top 5 (of each gender) win Turkey Trot T-shirts, and places 6-10 win place ribbons.
  • All runners receive finisher ribbons.

Entry:

Enter on race day at the Oak Ridge High School Cross Country tent in the parking lot behind RMS. Cost is $5 per athlete. Please make checks payable to Oak Ridge Track Club. Parents should fill out and sign the event waiver on race day.
