Grace Lutheran Free Market

Bill Issel, Donna Stephens and Christy Gipson sort donated items for a Free Market on Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church.

Grace Lutheran Church is hosting their second annual Free Market on Saturday. The event will be open from 10 to 2 p.m. Grace Lutheran is offering this free-of-charge, special opportunity to assist those in our community who are in need.

Market-goers will be able to register for door prizes and three lucky winners will be mailed a Kroger gift certificate. The drawing will be held immediately after the free market closes.

The church will be accepting items to be given away during church hours and Saturday morning from 8 to 10 a.m. Items being accepted are gently used, clean, or new items, which include baby and children’s equipment, clothing, and toys, adult clothes, housewares, and more. No large furniture or appliances are being accepted and Grace Lutheran asks that those be taken to the Ecumenical Storehouse.

All are invited to attend Friendship Sunday Service at 10 a.m. on Sunday. Grace Lutheran Church is located at 131 W. Gettysburg Avenue.
