Wanda Lee Duncan, age 70, a resident of Oliver Springs, passed away Monday, March 10, at Methodist Medical Center.

Mrs. Duncan was born May 25, 1943, in the Wheat community of Roane County. She was a lifelong resident of this area.

Wanda was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of family. Additionally, she enjoyed raising flowers.

She was a faithful Christian and a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church. [Read more…]
