Radio astronomer Stan Kurtz from the National Autonomous University of Mexico will speak at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Roane State Community College in Oak Ridge.
The lecture will be in the City Room, and it’s free and open to the public.
Kurtz conducts most of his research in New Mexico at the Very Large Array, one of the world’s premier astronomical radio observatories.
