James Edward Tapp, age 75, of Harriman, passed away Wednesday, March 5, at his home after a long illness.

He was a life-long resident of Harriman and served our country in the U.S. Army. He was retired from Kaiser-Roth Hosiery Mill and was an avid fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Molly (Hall) Tapp, and one sister. [Read more…]
