Gail Prater Clinton, age 63, a lifelong resident of Oliver Springs, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at Briarcliff Health Care Center in Oak Ridge.

Mrs. Clinton was born January 25, 1951, in the Stone Building in Oliver Springs. She was a lifelong resident of this area.

Gail was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of New Fairview Baptist Church. [Read more…]
