Dorothy Shultz Gibson of Oak Ridge passed away on July 10 at Methodist Medical Center.

Dorothy was born to parents Edward and Rosalia Spano Shultz on Nov. 29, 1931, in Brooklyn, N.Y.

She worked for Martin Marietta Energy Systems at the X-10 facility as a procurement specialist and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Dorothy enjoyed all handicrafts especially knitting and crocheting.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Edward and Rosalia Spano Shultz; husband, Ralph Gibson; stepfather, Theodore Koch; brother, Edward Shultz; infant sister; and son-in-law, Jerry Seiber. [Read more…]
