Carlotta Woodby, age 66, of New Lexington, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, at her daughter’s residence in Oliver Springs.

Carlotta loved making crafts, playing with her grandchildren, and visiting her family in Tennessee. She was a well-loved mother, grandmother, and sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Gladys Ruth Ball; husband, Kenneth Allen Woodby; and daughter, Romona McLaughlin. [Read more…]
