Loudon sheriff seeks help in finding woman last seen in Oak Ridge

The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in finding Jan Follansbee, center, a Collierville resident who was last seen in Oak Ridge on Wednesday.

The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help in finding a woman who was last seen in Oak Ridge on Wednesday.

Barbara “Jan” Follansbee, 58, left her mother’s home at 102 Dasher Lane in Oak Ridge between 6 and 7 p.m. Wednesday, authorities said. Follansbee said she was going to Walmart.

Follansbee has brown hair, is about 5’6”, and weighs about 135 pounds. She was wearing sweat pants and a red sweater and red jacket when she left her mother’s home on Wednesday, according to a report by Loudon County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Detective Jason Smith. She left in a maroon 2008 Honda Accord with a license plate number 718-VXR. [Read more…]
