Alene Benge, age 79, of Clinton, passed away Saturday, July 6, at Golden Living Center–Windwood in Clinton.

Alene was a beloved wife of the late Corbitt Benge and a loving mother to her children, Mary Ann and James. She enjoyed playing bingo, going on trips with her senior friends, and fishing.

Along with her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Nell Gilbert, and several brothers and sisters. [Read more…]
