Crye-Leike Realtors has purchased the Linda Brown Realty building, and the real estate companies will merged, effective Monday, Linda Brown said this weekend.
“This will allow the companies to grow in our market,” Brown said in a Facebook post.
She said the name will be Crye-Leike Realtors effective Monday, August 1.
“Very little is changing except the name and signage,” Brown said. “I will continue as the managing broker just as I have been; my agents will remain. We are excited about all of the technology upgrades we will have and continuing training to stay up to date with the rapidly changing business world.”
Brown said she is not retiring, and her health is very good.
“Thank you for your concern when you saw the sign change this week,” she said. “Please know we are proud of what we have built in the last 37 years and look forward to getting even better with your continued support, referrals, and using our services.
“This is our ‘home,’ and I am grateful for your support, and we will continue to support as many things as we can in the community to make Oak Ridge a better place for everyone.”
