Ruth M. Ritter, 96, of Oak Ridge passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2016. She came to Oak Ridge from Kentucky during the war and was of Baptist faith. She was the general manager of Clark Jones Music for many years until she was transferred to the main headquarter in Cincinnati. While working in Oak Ridge, she was a member of the Downtown Business Council. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 8, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. at Weatherford Mortuary. Mary Lucille Allen Tigue, 93, of Oak Ridge, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Brookdale Assisted Living, where she was a resident. Mrs. Tigue was a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Oak Ridge. She was an avid swimmer and passionate about physical fitness. She also enjoyed square dancing and modeling clothes. Mrs. Tigue was a long-term volunteer at Methodist Medical Center, as a Pink Lady. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 9, 2016, from noon to 2 p.m. at Weatherford Mortuary. John Alan McCulley, age 51, of Clinton, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016, at Tennova Hospice in Knoxville, Tennessee after a short battle with cancer. John served 24 years with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Department and was a corporal. John’s family will receive his friends from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2016, in the chapel of Jones Mortuary, with his memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. with full honors provided by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Department and other police agencies.
