An Oak Ridge woman was arrested Friday for allegedly scratching a car with a knife on West Outer Drive, ramming it with her car, and then pointing a small-caliber handgun at three other people.
Bianca Nicole Taylor, 24, has been charged with one count of vandalism and three counts of aggravated assault. She remained jailed in the Anderson County Detention Facility on Friday evening.
A witness told police that he was at a friend’s house on West Outer Drive with another witness and the victim when Taylor allegedly approached them with a knife and used it to scratch an Infiniti.
The witness said he and the other two left in the Infiniti, but Taylor reportedly followed them in her car. Taylor allegedly rammed the Infiniti with her car while they were driving, the witness told police.
“Taylor then pulled up beside them, waved a small-caliber handgun in the air, and then pointed it at them,” Oak Ridge Police Officer James Flowers wrote in an affidavit filed in Anderson County General Sessions Court.
The witness told police the handgun was a small-caliber, stainless steel semi-automatic with wooden grips. He said the knife had a thick blade that was eight to 10 inches long.
Flowers said the Infiniti was scratched from the rear doors back, and the left rear bumper was dented.
