The Lady Wildcats defeated Loudon 55-50 on Saturday.
The Lady Wildcats (10-5, 5-1 in District 3-AAA) had four players in double figures. They were led by Courtney Ellison’s 12. Ellison made seven key free throws down the stretch.
Princess Bates scored 11, including two three-pointers, and Mykia Dowdell also had 11. Caelyn Thompson scored 10 and led the team with four assists, and Bates led the team with five steals.
The Lady Wildcats play their next game today (Monday, December 29) against William Blount at 6:30 p.m. at Lenoir City High School.
