For many years, Betty operated a day care in her home and is affectionately known as “Grandmamma” by many who she helped raise.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her children: Glen (Karen) Hubbard of Delaware, Gene (Pam) Hubbard of Knoxville, and Angi (Eddie) Seiber of Oak Ridge; grandchildren, Ron (Renee) Hubbard, Dale (Julie) Hubbard and Madison Seiber, all of Oak Ridge, Tommy (Laura) Hubbard and Travis (Cassie Rose) Hubbard of Delaware, and Tina (Leon) Platt of South Carolina; and 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

She received wonderful and loving care during her illness from Angi Seiber. The family also wishes to thank Amedisys for the wonderful care she was given.
