“The Goonies” – Oak Ridge After Dark – July 18
Location:  A.K. Bissell Park Gymnasium (due to weather conditions) – 1403 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge.
(Due to weather conditions today, the movie will be moved into the Civic Center Gymnasium and will begin around 7:00-7:30pm. Call the ORCVB at 865-482-7821 or look on the Historic Oak Ridge Facebook page for details or questions.)  Children are encouraged to dress as their favorite character in conjunction with the movie.  Characters from the movie will be on-hand for photo opportunities.  So, bring your blankets to sit on the gymnasium floor or you can sit on the gymnasium bleachers.  (Please do not bring lawn chairs to tonight’s event, only bring chairs when the event is outdoors).   So, get out of the rain and enjoy a movie with your fellow Oak Ridgers!!!

Ride Times:Â Â 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm

DOE Facilities Bus Tour – thru August 29
Location:  This bus tour will depart from the American Museum of Science and Energy (AMSE) – 300 South Tulane Avenue.
This tour is free with paid admission to AMSE.  Dates:  Monday-Friday from June 2 thru August 29.

Geocaching Workshop – Oak Ridge Arboretum – August 5
