David Hunter Creigh

David Hunter Creigh, 76, of Oak Ridge, passed away on Saturday, March 15, at Briarcliff in Oak Ridge.

He was born to parents Finley S. and Pauline Osborne Creigh in Hammond, IN.

David was of the Presbyterian faith, retired from Martin Marietta Energy Systems, K-25 facility as a rigger, enjoyed boating and camping, and was a history buff.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by daughter, Karen E. Creigh, 1983. 

Survivors include his wife, Anna Harlan Creigh, of Oak Ridge; children, Donna Hutson, of Knoxville; David E. Creigh and James R. Creigh, of Oak Ridge; brother, Rod Creigh, of Powell; grandchildren; Jamie Hutson and wife Sally, of Oak Ridge; Matt Hutson and wife Kerry, of Madison, AL; Brett Hutson and wife, Mary, of Cuyhoga, OH; Josh Hutson, of Knoxville; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Drew Hutson, of AL; and Brady, Riley, and Andy Hutson, of Oak Ridge and Maggie Hutson, OH.

The family received friends Monday, March 17 at Weatherford Mortuary. The graveside service was held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Oak Ridge Memorial Park with Rev. Glenn Ellis officiating.
