Secret City Half Maratho Jason McLeod

Jason McLeod, 21, of Orlando, Fla., finished first in the 13.1-mile race with a time of 1:11:53.

 

Secret City Half Marathon Gina Rouse

Gina Rouse, 34, of Knoxville was the second-place runner and the top female finisher with a time of 1:19:50.
