Shelly (Pratt) Lowe, age 47, of Heiskell, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, at Tennova North in Powell due to health complications.

Shelly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and making and selling jewelry. She made many friends while working as a waitress at Sagebrush and other restaurants.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bart Pratt; son, Christopher Davis; sister, Kimberly Pratt; grandparents, Della and George Cox, and June Pratt; aunt, Katherine Elkins Stahlhood; and uncles, Rufus Cox, and James and Ben Griffith.

Shelly is survived by her mother, Nellie Pratt of Heiskell; ex-husband, Alvin Lowe of Clinton; daughter and son-in-law, Stanja and Robert Phillips of Oak Ridge; grandchildren, Dylan Davis, Robert “Gabby” Phillips, Kleigh Phillips, and Christopher W. Phillips; niece, Shasta and Tyler Gilliam; nephew, Eddie Pratt; greatniece and nephew, Easton and Brenleigh Gilliam; aunts, Betty Walker of West Virginia, Helen Beal of Longview, Texas, Georgia Cox of Springdale, Ark., and Gertie Gillian of Temecula, Calif.; uncle, Harold and Ann Cox; and special friends, Jackie Pemberton and Sam Reynolds.

Shelly’s family received her friends on Saturday, Nov. 9, from 12 p.m.–2 p.m. at Jones Mortuary in Clinton, with her funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Marty Stooksbury officiating. Interment immediately followed the funeral service at Cox Cemetery in Clinton.
