Inez Doyle Stines, 88, formerly of Oak Ridge, passed away on Aug. 7, 2013, at Harriman Care and Rehabilitation Center. Inez had lived at Callahan Towers before moving to Harriman.
She was born to parents William Brad Doyle and Annie Elizabeth Mayhew Doyle on Jan. 16, 1925, in Salisbury, N.C.
Inez was a member of First United Methodist Church of Oak Ridge and a former member of Whiteside Methodist. Mrs. Stines retired as office manager with Gentry Chevrolet in Kimbal, Tenn.
She loved her church work, travel, and the Senior Center activities.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her brother, William Doyle Jr.; her husband, Clifford B. Stines; daughter, Betty; and great-grandchild, Destiny Keathley.
Her survivors include son, William B. “Bill” Stines and wife Diana of Oliver Spring; grandchildren, Jeffrey Scott Keathley and James Carl Keathley; great-grandchildren, Kimberly, Whitney, Lindsey, Blake, and Levi; and special granddog, Cloe.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 11 a.m. at Hooker Cemetery in Hooker, Ga. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to charity of choice in memory of Inez.
