ORNL Federal Credit Union has announced the leadership transition of Cissi Reagan to the newly created position of assistant vice president of mortgage.

In this new role, Reagan will be primarily responsible for the day to day operations of the overall mortgage department within the credit union’s mortgage lending CUSO–CU Community LLC.

“Cissi Reagan is a passionate employee and an instrumental leader within this organization, and we look forward to her continued development in this new role,” said Larry Jackson, president and chief operating officer of CU Community LLC.

Reagan has been a member of the ORNL Federal Credit Union team for more than 19 years, serving in multiple roles from her early days as a teller to a branch manager and, most recently, as assistant vice president of sales and service, where she has managed member service and staff development for as many as 16 branches during the last six years.

Reagan recently completed Southeast CUNA Management School’s three-year program in June 2011.
