The Boys and Girls Club of Oak Ridge is holding a reverse raffle on Saturday, July 27, at Lincoln’s Sports Grille. The grand prize is $10,000.

The special guest master of ceremonies is Oak Ridge High School Football Coach Joe Gaddis.

“If anyone hasn’t had the opportunity to welcome Coach Gaddis back, this would be a great opportunity to do so,” said Ann Likens, chief volunteer officer of the Oak Ridge Unit Board. “This is always a fun event for the people that attend, and we think this year will be even more so. We really want the community to come out, have some fun, and support the Boys and Girls Club.”

In addition to the grand prize, there will be other prizes throughout the evening, as well as a silent auction, a press release said. Likens said she wanted to remind everyone that this is a state-approved event.

Tickets cost $100 each and admit two people to the event. Tickets can be purchased at the club, from any board member, or at Lincoln’s. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 27. You must be 21 to attend.

For more information, contact the club at (865) 482-4433.

The Boys and Girls Club of Oak Ridge is a unit club of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Clinch Valley.
