Randy Lee Holt, age 54, a resident of Harriman, passed away Monday, May 20, at his home.
Mr. Holt was born Oct. 8, 1958, in Lancing, Mich. At the age of three, he and his family moved from Lancing to Claiborne County, Tenn. During his early adulthood, he moved to Louisiana, where he continued to live until his move back to Tennessee in 2000.
Before his disability, he worked as a roofer in the constriction business. His hobbies included attending flea markets, yard selling, outdoor activities, and fishing.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Holt and Clearitta Sinkhorn Holt.
He is survived by his wife, Valerie Holt of Harriman; by four children, Randy Holt II and wife Lynette, of Claiborne County, Joseph Holt and wife Ashley, Patricia Holt and Tashia Holt, all of Louisiana; and by four stepchildren; Robert Burges of California, Beau Reynolds, Jerry Reynolds, and Charles Reynold, all of Harriman; and by 10 grandchildren and six step-grandchildren.
Randy is also survived by brothers, Tom Holt and wife Rita, of Harriman, Tim Holt of Harriman, and Greg Holt and wife Evie, of Louisiana; and by five sisters, Carol Aucion of Louisiana, Teresa Cody and husband Randy, of Claiborne County, Mary Webber and husband Wayne, Marlene Landry and husband Roddy, and Lisa Friloux and husband, Lester, all of Louisiana.
Graveside services and burial will be held Thursday, May 23, at 11 a.m. at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Harriman.
