Thomas Nolan

Thomas Nolan, age 78 of Clinton, passed away on Thursday, April 25, at Methodist Medical Center. He was of the Baptist faith.

Thomas filled his life with dirt track racing, which he loved very much, and his life revolved around it, which was obvious by the trophies that he won.

Thomas was preceded in death by his mother, Mossie Nolan; sister, Edith Galeyda; and step-daughter, Marcia Hazel.

Thomas is survived by his brother, Junior Nolan and wife Mary Ann of Ohio; sister, Dora Justice and husband Don of Oliver Springs; brother-in-law, Andy Galeyda of Ohio; step-grandsons; Chuck and James Wilson; step-granddaughter, Hailey Hazel; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Thomas’s family and friends gathered on Sunday, April 28, at Jones Mortuary from 2 to 4 p.m. to celebrate his life with a memorial service following at 4 p.m. with Bro. Robert Jones officiating.

Jones Mortuary in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.
